Tahera, a therapeutic yoga teacher with more than 20 years of experience in medical yoga, brings a deep understanding of holistic wellness and patient care. Her work with individuals managing health conditions has given her insight into how nutrition, lifestyle, and emotional wellbeing come together in long-term care.

Siddharth a CA Final dropout, had to step away from his professional path due to chronic kidney health challenges. As a dialysis patient himself, he experienced firsthand the daily struggles, nutritional gaps, and practical limitations that patients face. This lived experience became the foundation for building solutions that are not just clinically relevant, but truly helpful in real life.
